Pacbrake’s HP625 series compressors is an extremely powerful compressor capable of building high pressure and a very respectable flow rate. The compressor is extremely efficient at building pressure and maintaining pressure after the compressor is shut down. Any attempt to start the compressor would be difficult since the first compressor stroke would have to fight against a high pressure already in the system. Usually this condition would create a spike in power draw that can burn the motor and damage the compressor.
